We only process orders to the card holders billing address.
To keep things simple we operate a 14 day return policy from when you receive the goods.

Non faulty goods -
Provided goods are returned in their original new condition, with all tags and packaging intact
Goods must not be damaged
We will offer a full refund at our discretion, which does not include postage fees and credit card charges

Faulty goods -
Returns will be refunded at the discretion of Marden Thermographic Ltd or the manufacturer of the goods upon inspection.
We ask that UK returns are sent via UPS Express Service, using, it is necessary to provide cover for the price of the equipment if goods go astray, or are damaged in the postal system.

Overseas shipping -

If paying by credit card or Paypal we only ship to the cardholders confirmed address, this requires 7 working days to clear.
When sending goods overseas we request that any missing items are tracked by the buyer as we can only trace the parcel whilst in the U.K.  We will send you a shipping reference number on dispatch.
All our overseas shipping has arrived successfully and isn't normally a problem.

Privacy Policy -

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. No financial information about you including your card details will be stored.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
